Can tell you what the problem is...the new inquiries and the new open accounts...

Card might also be bucketed... if you want an unsecured discover, try the preapprovals and app for a second card... You could always close the first if you get it... Your card is over a year old...  They sometimes will approve a unsecured card even though you have a secured card...
