Yes, the first increase I requested I hung up when it was transferring me to an operator. I saw they called me back later when I was not available. A few months later the automated system gave me an increase when I requested one. That was my biggest increase so far with Discover ($1,500 bringing my total limit to $4,000).
Good to know. Just received an email saying my Discover is on the way.
So I should wait a couple months before I try calling the automated phone again ? I was hoping to try again next week..
So for those who are wondering if the automated system works during the weekends the answer is Yes! I tried last night in the middle of the night and my option #3 did not allow me to increase my credit limit, but today at 9AM PST, I had the option, and went with the automated system.
My guess is it's only available during normal business hours. Will update if I get a CLI in the next couple of days, and will try again in a week if possible!

I'm in the same boat, I heard all the options and nothing....
mongstradamus: after pressing 4 my #3 option is to replace my old or worned out card
hehe I guess no CLI for me either
Option to replace your old or worned out card gets moved to Option #4 and request to increase your credit limit is Option #3 if you qualify.
Didn't work for me.
Then again, I just got this card last week.
Meh I tried today again, and hung up when it tried to transfer me to a credit account manager, but so far no CLI yet =/
