Let's say I buy $50 of groceries and want to use the Pay Yourself Back feature. Has anyone's statement closed already that can verify if chase will remove any of the bonus points I earned for having bought $50 of groceries? thanks!
I have this question, too.
While I don't have any verification (and elsewhere it is reported that CSRs say "no") why should it? You are using the points as a credit. You could always cash out at 1c, and while not as direct, those points were also earned from transactions and you certainly don't lose points earned on the transaction

I used PYB twice, so far the points earned are kept. My statement cut on 8th, I just don't see why they would take away those, this is not return of goods.
Thank you everyone!
