Confused here and was hoping someone might help. I know that <10% util is the best way to go for higher scores, but I've seen conflicting info on how and why. Getting my TU to 6% gave me a good boost this month.
Reading my FICO reports' simulation, it says something about keeping my utilization low over the next 24 months. Are FICO score calculations based on utilization history over a period of time, or are they just a "snapshot"... (i.e. Utilization on the day the score(s) was calculated, with no regard to utilization % over a previous time period).
Anyone???
Muchas Gracias...
