First off, sorry for anyone that got CLD/AA
Now that we have "FNBO CLD ****Master Thread****" (BTW: that was a good idea) as everything was hard to keep up with.
I am wondering out of 233(ish) post, on how many that were actually CLD'd? ..
As I am looking for percentage of how many people hold this card and received NO CLD (thus far)
It's kind looking like ..1 in 3 or 4 siggy's hold that card ( i could be off on the #'s)
I am trying to figure out percentage rate? .. as these things have a tendency to get overblown,
and everyone is on "pins and needles" ..logging in two or three times a day.
I do not log in every day, and I am not changing the way I conduct business as usual ..to appease any lender.
My whole thoughts have been, be lender diversified, as you never know what lender will "chop chop" given the financial climate.
If they close or "chop chop", they chop chop or close.. I have $60K personal exposure, and it will not bother me at all.
It is not like they "stole" $60K from my bank acct.
We brag about, chopping a lender, but if a lender chop's us ...??
We have to keep in mind, it is their sand box, and they have a right to basically do what they want.
Just like we have the right to not use a certain lender ..or close when we want.
In the game of credit, "we are not entitled to anything" except what falls within the FCRA rules.

Aw ... you are "up for all day" ...
Following on your comments, I like to remind that: "the person that has the gold rules" ...
Your comment about FI diversity holds a lot of weight! The "just in case" scenario ...
Although the whole "merged thread" thing sounds like a good idea, it really sucks in execution... I don't know what I'm reading now... and 24 pages? Great... much easier. 🤣
Anyway, DW's letter came in the mail today:
@805orbust that was the exact letter I got when they decreased my Getaway card from 15k to $500. I had a 791 fico per their own calculation on the letter I closed the card. It took a over a month to report as closed.
@M_Smart007, thanks for bringing another perspective...all true...as you say, 'it is their sandbox'😊
The crazy part for me, the usual CLD king, synchrony, hasn't decreased my line on my PayPal card. Synchrony actually just raised my limit from 10k to 15k. I've had it for quite a while now so I'm sure that helps some
FNBO seems very trigger happy with the decreases and closures.
I will say, an account closure ticks me off way more than a credit line decrease, although both stink
Is it possible that those who are now receiving the FNBO CLDs have had their cards for less time than those who haven't got the ax?
@lgtwriter great... they take their time reporting it closed but are ahead of the gun with the CLD... gotta love it

Time with card seems to be all over the place.

I agree with @OmarGB9 ^^^^^
I do not think it has to do with time.
I wish I could read the whole FNBO AA letter that @805orbust posted,
but it is partially chopped off "I don't know what I'm reading now " ? ...as I have some suspicions on what they are looking at.
