OK, so I called them and they told me that they do cater Houston. I am thinking of applying ....I read they are inquiry senstitive. I have 7 on my EX right now, with 2 this year, 5 forom 2013 and one form 2012 which is off next month. Any tips?

Called them. The CSR said that they receive too many applications and my application will be processed in 24-48 hours. Apparently my application is not even in their system yet. I applied for AMEX only and got the above message after submission.
