I have done a couple of searches and come back with various information regarding allowing the ZYNC to report to the CRA's.
To clarify, EQ and EX scores will not be affected by allowing a balance to report on the ZYNC, but TU will? I saw that TU calculates the ZYNC balance into your util %?
Ultimately, I want to maximize my chances of future cards with AMEX, while ensuring my scores are not impacted with balances on the ZYNC. What are you recommendations on when to pay?

You're close ~ the balance is not included in the EQ and EX utilization, but it is still counted in the "cards with a balance" utilization calculation. The TU98 version sold here at MyFICO does include the balance in the revolving utilization calculcation, but other TU FICO versions do not.
Got it, potential lenders would probaby like to see only small amounts reported on the ZYNC anyhow huh.
Have had the Zync for a month and it still hasn't reported - ugg.
Only put 1,033 on it over that month and my highest CL is only 1k. No chance in it getting raised based on AE spending
That's a good point webhopper, I hadn't thought of looking at it that way. I have been mainly focused on trying to impress AMEX so they let me into their revolver club here in about 6 months or January 2013 for the best backdating (if I can be patient CrashEm).
