My Fiance received an AWESOME offer from First Premier yesterday!!! Her credit is average, good payment history, 1 charge off, a VERY generous 5k limit NFCU card (THOSE guys rock) and is an AU on both my Amex Blue and Premier Gold Rewards.
So check this deal out!! It starts off sweet and only gets better!!
Pre-approved!!! W/ a limit of $700.00 dollars!
A very reasonable annual fee of $175.00 (like my gold amex!) for the first year, $49.00 dollars thereafter.
The monthly servicing fee is waived for the first year!!! Thereafter, again an extremely reasonable $174.00 dollars.
So, the first year we only have to pay 175.00, and then the following years we only have to pay $223.00 per year for the privilege of using their card!!
And the APR you ask? Why, nothing short of an ASTOUNDING 36.00%!!!!
We really can't wait to start using this card; We've made it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Haha! See, dreams DO come true. ![]()

One only wonders what kind of crack FP is on sometimes when they send pre approvals.
Seriously, if anyone has gotten a similar "offer", please don't even consider this predatory crap. There are much better starter cards; I started w/ a 200.00 secured orchard card w/ a 49.00 annual fee (still have it actually).
Having and establishing "credit" is not worth those outlandish prices.
FP just about rounds out a superb CC portfolio. Add a couple more and you're in the big time.
Oh heck, we can do better than that...once upon a time, FP sent my Mrs. a preapproval at 59.99 percent....I kept the preappoval and wanted to frame it, but she wouldn't let me...
Beware defamation lawsuit from NFCU for giving their services the same evaluation as those of FP.

LOL, I saw the title of this post and I was like OMG someone has been drinking and applying for credit!!!
