Try calling them, they just took my word for elgibility, no docs. Very friendly.
They also have a nice cd called Special EasyStart Certificate, with a $50 min. Should help the internal score, only $50 invested. I plan to kick in another $50 every month.

I think in the past people have been booted out months later, that is they have a group that retroactively checks eligibility, often on the more edge cases. But working for a valid SEG is certainly OK!

For what it's worth, the couple of times I've needed to reach-out to them by phone I've found them to be quite pleasant.
