I have checked Discover for last one year to see what they have to offer. Last year I got about 8 mailers from them with a range of APR. Today after one collection dropped off from my EQ I decided to check what they got to offer, and even though it is high APR (dont care about it much) it gave me one APR (23.24) instead of a range.
I will be planted in the garden at least till Oct but it is nice to see this change
Just be a bit careful with their prequal site. It seems to be a known thing that it can be pretty flaud. Search the threads on this topic if you need examples of this.

Oh absolutely I agree with you. I am just happy that it didn't show a range like 13-24.
