I would call the main number-ask if you have any preapprocals. (That’s how I got mine-wasn’t online but was told when I called in for a different reason. Also was told to call every month or two and ask. Some preapprocals are online-some over the phone-some via US Mail)
If you don’t have one then just cold app over the phone. If for some reason you are denied ask to talk to UW.
If you are part of the “Because you earned it” program (which is a joke IMO since it is TU Vantage Scoring) then you should be good if you have not gone over your limit iterally with them based on your income.
If you aren’t part of that BYEI program. Sign up. It’s only a soft pull and you qualify if your TU Vantage Score is 700 or above. They love that stupid program. Lol.
Can you explain more about the BYEI program? I read up a little on it and I dont think it provides any benefits to give you multiple US bank credit cards? I have gold checking account from 2-3 years ago due to opening it at the branch and also got it along with my first US bank credit card. My gold checking is fee free. I did not even know that I was automatically enrolled in BYEI...??
You seem to suggest that once you are in BYEI, it's easier to get approved for multiple US bank credit cards? If so, what's your sources so that I can read up more on it? Or was it a personal experience?
