I did my math.
Pay 6 months of internet in 3 month: 450
Pay gas for 3 cars: 200
Get some amazon/google GC if I run out of other better offers: 100
hard to max this quarter, lol.
Thought about paying my s-corp internet and phone, but then realized the tax advantage of paying through business card outweights 8% from this (no, I don't mix personal/biz spending).

It's not even about taxes: keep the tradelines and expenses ruthlessly separated or your might lose your liability shield... an s-corp is a separate legal entity, it's not something to play around with unlike the SP status so many people on this forum claim (and I admittedly have somewhat abused that myself).
Anyway the mixing of expenses and tradelines is a serious whoopsie if it ever comes to a legal issue in the future: while it's admittedly hard to track and therefore rare to prove, if demonstrated, they can now go after your personal assets not just the corporate ones. A couple more UR aren't worth risking your car or your house or your personal investments.

Love how this card has fit all my needs needs almost every quarter, no trouble maxing out each quater.
Can always use 5X on gas, just bought a new F150 and been doing some driving!
I am hoping at least 1 quater will be wholesale clubs this year.
Looking forward to the rest of the year of 5X!
I hope cards start coding for cash/charge for EV cars. Unless I buy GCs, I have no need for gas cards.
@Anonymous wrote:I wish I had this card. Comcast bill is $139.99 a month. Prepay $1500 of that $1679.88 and pocket $75? I would jump all over that.
if you can get an ink cash no af doesn't add to your 5/24 , and you can do that with Cell phone bills and cable tv bills, and netflix for that matter.

I can't get any Chase cards with a BK and I definitely can't get a business card. Being on disability and all. Thanks though.
I will try for a Cash+ again when my BK falls off but for now I get 3% which isn't awful.
I got a boat load of gas cards from the WF earn more mall 10% deal that will take me into April. I can do cable/internet and cell phone.
The 5% cards have a lot of categories that are hard to max out. CF, DISCOVER IT, and US Bank. Restaurants are the only one I can max out every quarter. Or Chase pay sometimes, but I bet Chase pay offer won't be
Thought I would update this thread with a datapoint that while it's listed as "Verizon Wireless," Verizon FIOS internet/TV/phone autobilling does trigger the 5x category for Freedom this quarter even though it's not listed in the merchant list, and unlike US Bank Cash+ in my experience.
FYI, you need to select the cell phone category to get 5% back on Verizon FiOS with the US Bank Cash+ card. Seems odd, but that's how it codes.
Glad to hear it works with Freedom this quarter, I was going to do a $1 test charge to verify (probably still will do that).
