Re: Garden Thread - February 2015

I will be joining  all of you wonderful  people in garden. My last app was January 30th. I plan on staying  in the garden until January  2016. I have opened more accounts than i probably should have during an app spree over the holidays, but did PIF the ones I used.  So its definitely time for me to tend  to those. Still unsure if its best to keep  a very  small balance or just completed PIF

Hopefully, I'm in here for at least a year. Officially, I've been in the garden 2 months. It's peaceful in here.

Good morning boys and girls.

Just checking in to say Hello.  Kinda sorta gardening....still working on the refi and I HOPE that we're done pulling credit, but can't swear to it.

Just a bit of weather here...temps right around freezing, little bit of rain and snow out there....should be a good day to be the pizza guy! Smiley Happy

So in a sum, if you haven't had any hard or soft pulls/inquiries in the past twentyfour months, you qualify to join the club?

Soft pulls for CLs are okay.  Soft pulls that produce a new Tradeline, aren't.

Re: Garden Thread - February 2015

Happy February GCrs.  On the 26th I'll be getting my silver spade.  In addition, I'm now playing the simulator game for added motivation.

According to the simulator, my next score bounce will be on 4/28/15.  I think that's awesome, because to following month on 5/26 I'll be gold. Yes I've actually charted it all out. I know it's rediculous, but according to my planned schedule, I can't develop and new budget payoff plan until March.  "I have to have something to plan for and play with in-between.

Re: Garden Thread - February 2015

Just checking in!

I have now been in the garden for almost 6 weeks and counting! I plan on being here for awhile but it starts with baby steps lol. I find that it is best to stay away from the CC approvals sub forum as it makes gardening a bit easier for me anyways.
