Slightly off-topic, but I just wanted to congratulate you on your progress/sticking with your plan, and the recent CLI increase on your CU card.  It looks like gardening paid off in a big way for you. Smiley Happy

 

As far as applying again, I would most likely go for it once everything updates, IF you're confident that you're in a good place.  I know you've made good progress in lowering your utilization, but bringing that down even lower will definitely increase your approval odds.  In my own experience, I know I received much better approvals once my overall utilization dropped below 30%.
