Got An Interest Rate Decrease From Capital One

So i went to the online chat thing like i have many times before and asked for everything (CLI, product change, etc) all no as usual. i then asked if i could get a interest rate decrease and a "magical offer appeared out of thin air" from them.

I got my interest rate decreased on my Capital One Platinum card ($500 limit for years) from 14.80% to 10% for 7 months!

Not huge but cant hurt, i guess. Small victories...even though its not permenant. Maybe by that time ill have recieved a CLI from them...HAAAAA
