Has Anyone Had Any Luck with KOHL's CLI?????

I've had this card for a year now using it every weekend for my 4 kids paying it in full every month but no CLI. I just called them & they gave me the same song & dance about the system being resedigned!!!! Has anyone had any luck?

Current Scores: FICO 08's as of 12/12/2019: EQ 584, TU 702, EX 631
Goal Scores: ABOVE 800 ALL 3

Nope, none what so ever. Anytime anyone inquires they are just told that they are not doing them right now and that they should be able to do them in a few months or so, but it appears that the few months never comes to pass.

They told me credit increases are frozen for the next few months!
