Got the nerve to call and apply via phone, kept seeing so much on this card, could not help it!was told 2-3weeks processing, but call 7-10 days to get status.
Can't help to think I was denied, any imput?

7-10 doesn't mean a thing. I got the same message and received the card 3 or 4 weeks later. I will tell you that they are very slow and to hang in there. Good luck.

I appd online because it seemed eveyone else was. Got approved after about 3 days. Call them in a few days to check.

I applied on Saturday the 8th, called last night, and told I was approved for a $5k line of credit. This after receiving the 7-10 day message.

They have some of the nicest CSR's I have ever encountered.

I had the same 7-10 day, got my card in the mail 10k cl 9.9 apr

Thanks for all your imput, i called this morning and was told App still processing.

On to another issue; MACY'S - I had an account with them for 18mths in 2005, had 2 lates, 60 &30 days, paid the acct off ($300.00) limit and closed it. Now that i am becoming more savvy with credit, called today and asked to remove the lates, was told by Ms Denisha Credit Supv, she was unable and that there is no such thing as removing from any CRA, and that it was illegal to falsify CRA information. I just dont see an ending in my credit struggles...

i am mad as HELL, !!!....

only one thing can make it better..getting my Hooters card

When they take their time to process, that is usually a good sign. It doesn't take long to decline.

Unless these are the ONLY lates on your CR- they are not hurting at all.
60's(Major drog) turn into minor derogs after 2 years.
30's have nil points after 2 years.
