Yodlee MoneyCenter is superior than mint.com to keep track of due dates of credit cards, balances of bank accounts and most other accountslike insurance due dates, airline reward miles etc.
It has the ability to track information of your most major banks in the world.

I'm sure everyone does it differently but I just want to get some ideas on keeping up to make sure UT is good and you make sure you get things paid before statement hits. Thoughts??
Trying that manilla out now ![]()
I buck conventional wisdom and just close them down. I'm extremely busy and I don't want to check 15 acc's for fraud or if something went wrong. I've closed 4 CCs in the past few months. It hasn't really affected my score at all. I actually saw a small bump but I think that was just from the increased AAoA. TBF the cards I closed had very low CLs, from companies like USAA who don't like to do CLIs and closing them didn't hurt my util because it's always < 5%. Maybe in 10 years I'll feel it but the truth is by that time I should have a home, plus my other cards should have matured.

MS Money. It's no longer supported now, but still works great for tracking everything. You can download the "sunset" version for free.
I use Check (formerly Pageonce) for all my financial accounts.

+1 .. I liked MS Money...
I now use Quicken to track all of my items. I don't buy the newest version each year as they have not made significant changes over the past 3-4 years.

If I didn't have this app I'm pretty sure I would forget to pay when the statement hits because I have different closing dates for all my cards.
MS Money (I'm sure quicken can as well) can even track rewards, which is pretty cool. I like to see everything and the reports are great. I can track what I'm spending on, import statements, etc. Not sure about the online services, but being that I plunk everything into Money...I don't think I'd wanna do that on a website.
For those who use manilla, how do you like it?
