How do I check an Amex CL?

Applied for an Amex, got a pending message, just checked the app portal and it was approved but I haven't gotten an email with the last 5 of my account and everytime I call the application status line the call drops as soon as I put in my info. I hate being in the dark

If I recall correctly I had to wait a day or two, then called in and the autmated line told me my limit
