Also does USAA follow a pattern of CLI's like some banks?
CLI's aren't just about the creditor. That's only half the equation. One's credit profile and income also matter. if those do not qualify with any creditor then one will not see a CLI regardless of assumed "pattern".
Some of my USAA CLI'ds have been automatic. Some have been initiated by me. The biggest ones were initiated by me.
Thanks Takeshi, I've seen conflicting information regarding one card limits. Some reports say it's capped at $25k though I've seen folks here get $26k on one card.
I totally understand the whole income / profile. Even though not even income tells the entire story. There are plenty of us here that defy some of those so called variables.
I have $40k across two cards ($30k/$10k)...why don't you call and ask them...I don't think it's propriatery info...then you can let everyone know!
nobody here knows that info..its business confidential.
When I apped for my card years ago, I was approved for a $50k limit on my Amex with USAA. After a year I had the limit reduced as I was younger and thought it was too much. I apped at the same time for the Amex with USAA and the GoRewards with NFCU which my CL was approved at $25k.
Gmood1 If I remember correctly they were 740+ at the time because I was fairly new to high limits. My income was $80,000, no baddies and utilization on the two cards I had was 0%. I truly believe it was because I've been a member with both since I was a kid. Who knows...I was quite shocked and at the time those were my highest limit cards.
