Yes, I have their card for last 7-8 years with a credit limit of $11k and hoping to start getting some CLI's on my cards to boost my scores soon. So far they have been good to me and never gave me any problems.
For a company that will give anyone under the sun a car loan, they're very tight with their card lending. Guess they're a little more forgiving when there is a tangible asset they can repossess.
