How long before I can do citi PC?

If I were to apply for a citi card then PC to DC how long would I have to hold on to the card before I could switch over?

If you have the simplicity or Diamond Preferred you cant PC until the promo period is over. (~21 months)

Actually it depends on your account standing... If you're eligible (you'd have to call in and check) you can do it at anytime the only thing is you loose the promo you currently have. Used to be a manager at Citi call center for credit cards... The only thing is that depending on which card you are switching to it may cause a hard pull

Citi has told some people that they have to wait until a card is a year old.  I've not personally tried it earlier.

I went from AA Platinum to Costco with no HP.
