Hi just curious how long chase likes to see between apps and new accounts ?
Is getting a new account 3 months prior not enough time in between apps? Does it need to be 6 months? Also are 3 inquires (2 within the last year) too many?
What are your experiences. Also recently I saw the "too many cards with balances" although even one of three cards had a balance (plus one loan has a balance)... is this something they look at as well?

I believe Chase likes at least a year of history.
Figure on your oldest card needing to be a year old rather than simply your oldest account.
3 months of gardening is probably good, but six months is better. It really depends on how much new credit you've applied for. Some should probably wait a year.
Your inquiry situation should be fine.
Very profile-dependent. My last two Chase apps and DW's last Chase app were soon after other apps and inquiries. With thin files, certainly try to give yourself a bit of a buffer.
