I'll give my experience, since it wasn't that long ago. I was approved for my Red Card in April 2018, with an SL of $2500. I did the PIF strategy except for one month. Updating income monthly. No CLI for 20 months.
January 2020 I received a $6500 CLI, bringing me to $9k. A letter followed a week later. Stating I'd receive my MC in March. This was all before the hardest hit from COVID.
There were CLD on store card, but not on MC. They are doing SP on reports, but the traditional August wave of upgrade letters didn't happen. Which leads me to believe none will happen this year.
My current cl is 2100 been that way a little over a year. My statement cuts on the 26th. I'll keep you posted. Hopefully a increase at the very least.
Has anyone received an 'upgrade' letter this year?
There were a few posts in January 2020. Like myself, but the letters went out about the third week of January. Along with CLI and statement close.
Lol, wouldnt be a new year without your Target fetish.
I cant wait to see you get an upgrade, no one deserves it more🎯
Thanks.
Nothing on my end yet. I spent around $2000-2500 this past year on the card with a $500 CL. I wouldn't mind a nice little bump.
Yes, here I come again.
I was told that Target is doing upgrade letter this month.
Has anyone received one yet?
Hey, where'd you hear that?
If the limit on your Redcard has been increased to $4,000 (typically), you will get the MC upgrade letter within two statements.
