Over the summer I wanted to see how long I could go without using cash, even charged my $2 coffee.
I went 63 days. We went to a restaurant on vacation for breakfast and they didn't take credit cards, end of streak.
My current streak is about a month. Although, at times it gets ridiculous. I've intentionally added extra items onto my bill to meet the $10 credit card minimum if the merchant requires.
I have gone many months not using cash.. I actually forget sometimes I have it...

We went to a Yankee game where in the past I would use cash for food and beverages, I had 12 swipes at the game.

12 swipes is a lot lol....
My business is mostly cash, but personally, I go indefinitely without using cash. There's no Chase branch where I currently live so unless I remember to use my debit card and pull out cash during checkout then it's not going to happen. The only place where I've encountered a minimum spend for cc here is at the donut shop. Luckily, I don't have a problem with having to add another half dozen
Since April 2015. I haven't spent a bit of cash since then. Nor have a I used my debit card.
What is cash?
lol, I went from about Jan 2015 to June 2015 with no cash. I moved to a new place that has a farmer's market about a block away and since they only take cash I was required to start using cash again. Cheaper and better fruits and veggies I guess it was worth it.
