Don't use cash at all
I haven't used cash in a very long time.
Other than tips, and a few nominal things - just yesterday I had to use my debit card for the first time probably all year ~
I pulled into an Arco gas station, forgetting that they are debit only. :x
i do mostly cash nowadays cept when i go to pho a few times a week, they take only cash
haha right on Richard...Pho is the bomb!
I haven't used cash for a few years now. If I do carry cash it's just 10, 20 bucks.

I guess I'm still old school still carry $100 - $200 don't no why. Yep, just checked my wallet $163.
I keep cash around for emergencies, and if the particular place I'm going doesn't accept credit cards for some unknown reason. I like having a backup of about $100 in my wallet at all times when I can.
Used cash a total of 7 times since I started my credit journey roughly at the same time I joined this forum.
Think longest stretch was on the order of 10 months, but usually there's a random restaurant or parking garage fee that has to be paid with cash; there's one helluva sandwich shop / market where I'm moving to and it's cash only, so guess I will be coming off my near cashless existence.
Haven't had to go to an ATM since starting though as sometimes I get cash through odd sources (picking up check in exchange for cash for work lunches as an example), would cut up my debit cards but bloody Chase wants it for identication purposes if I ever have to phone in for something but that's rare fortunately.
No cash in my wallet for the last three months. Had to borrow a dollar a few weeks ago - company vending machines do not take credit cards.
Starting to feel bad - need to get some cash to pay back my debt.
