Recently I was trying for an increase on the Chase Freedom Flex card but was denied twice. Mainly, I wanted the increase earlier than 6 months as I am interested in the On Path Federal Credit Union Cash Back Checking account where you can fund with a CC up to $1k. This would help with earning cashback rewards (5% up to $200 spend earning $10 each month) to pay down that old US Bank chargeoff being handled by Radius Global Solutions as I wouldn't have to use one account so much. But I think I should wait a few more months for my scores toi improve into the 800s and instead of depending on the Chase card for a CLI, to try for the PayPal Cashback Mastercard again which had been closed in March of last year for 2 returned payments. I say 800s because then I could potentially obtain the lowest interest rate for that card and have a SL of at least $1k.
It also is a few days past the 6 month CLI mark of 6 months for the Amazon Prime Store Card which sits at $5k. Does waiting longer than 6 months improve the chances of a bigger CLI - say 7 or 8 months as long as there is positive credit activity? Thinking of asking for $10k. If it's approved now though, it could improve the score more as it would increase the util. ratio. The other cards I'd like to get this year when my score improves, is the AMEX Blue Cash Everyday and my own account of the Discover It Cashback instead of being an AU. I also read earlier that Chase could be sensitive to lots of new accounts being opened as it does a SP every month automatically. Would spacing one of these 3 cards every 2-3 months be the best way to go about it or is Chase ok with 2-3 accounts being applied to in one day?

If you are using the checking account for manufactured spend, id look for a new card with a sub. The bce has a $200 sub for $2000 spend in 6 months, the bcp, $250 for $3000 spend. The bcp has waived fee first year. With the extra $1000 spend, you might go bcp, get the extra $50, plus the higher cb, then downgrade to be at 11 months.
