I've called several times during the last few months and always received a no answer and that it is impossible to PC a Barclay Apples Reward card. One agent even [teased] me with the question as to which card would I like to have it changed to?
I have zero balance on the card and paid it off in 4 months with the 0% APR. I also stupidly used the card for restaurants when I've earn points that I couldn't care any less about, iTunes and iTunes product gift cards. I still have one that is dusting around somewhere. I don't need to buy music and there are free sources such as Spotify, Youtube, and many other websites.

Although occasionally people have had sucess, generally speaking it's not a PC that Barclay's is willing to do. If you aren't interested in iTunes gift cards, why on earth did you sign up for the card, knowing that that's indeed the reward program?
Anyway, that's water under the bridge. You can keep calling and seeing if one of the reps is willing to do the PC, but at some point, you'll probably have to save yourself stress and give up on it. You could always just open the card you want and move the limit over (I believe Barclay's will do that). Not a perfect solution, but better than tearing your hair out trying to get a PC.
