How to get BOA APR Reduction

My promotion for 0% ends soon and I was wanting to see about getting an APR reduction, I've seen it happen before but not sure how to go about it.  Should I call customer service or a credit analyst?

Probably Customer Service, but my guess is you might need to contact the EO.

I just called the credit analyst and was able to get it down from 20.99 to 16.99 after the 0% promotion That was awesome!

Congrats, I requested this from regular customer service months ago. Never heard a thing.

Generally speaking if you've maintained good history throughout the promo you should be eligible for a lower rate after the 1+ year promo

Yeah im on about year 3 of taking advantage of promos on this card. Nothing neg ever.
