Have CapOne card that is approx 8 years old and has been at $400 for the entire time. $0 balance and never late. Scores are now in low 700's and I think it is time for a CLI or get rid of card.

I used the "main" email and no dice. Maybe I should try again?

Welcome to the forum
Thank you for all the responses. I did a little more looking around and found information on contacting them through facebook. Sent a message and had a short conversation with a rep through messages. Said they will be contacting me via phone in the next few days... hopefully works out.
UPDATE:
Capital One called back and I spoke to a very helpful person. Took some information from me and stated that he will be calling back within 72 business hours. He looked at all three of my Capital One accounts and "upgraded" then to quiksilver while on the phone... I asked him to up my cards to 5000 and he recomended that I ask for 8000 and then be willing to accept a partial increase. I agreed and he sent it in for manual review.
Hopefully goes well.
Thanks again for the advice and direction.
I used the
richard.fairbank
email and no luck. fist time was on Feb,26 and second time March 3rd. I'll wait for another week and try again if i don't hear from them
Anyone have any luck with a secured capital one credit card being unsecured or an increase?
