Would pay you 200$ if you could convince BMO to transfer your Card/TL to my name  and of course the 89$ AF for me   Don't carry balances so APR aren't the be all to me, but obviously you see I do have the Ring "IN CASE" I need to ever carry a balance I have that option at a good APR.. Granted I have like 3 cards with 12 months at least of 0 APR left on them

Ummm, no! I've added new cards & have some sitting here ready to close too. I'm just doing some weeding. If it doesn't have rewards or just not working for you & is not your first card, I say cancel it.
