That is common with Citi. Give couple of days time then give them a call.

Navy Federal Credit Union.  Don't fool around with AMEX.  Go straight for the good guys.

My wife got the same message.  We called this number 2-3 days later and found out she was approved.  You could try to call it now but may have to wait a couple days.

       Call 888-201-4523.   It will ask for your info to find your app and should tell if approved or not.   You can stay on the line afterward to speak to a person to find out CL.  Good luck.

i was turned down.....too many app's  and inq's in the last 6 months. 20 on TU.

well...i was declined by CITI....they said there were too many app's, but they didn't pull the CR...they said try back in 6 months..being that i'm new to credit....

also...chase...though i didnt apply, just asked for an increase on my 5,000 account, they said to at least give it 3 months so they can see how i'm using my cards, even though they see that i'm paying for everything...

this really sucks....i really just need one more big card...if i can get it, i would stop applying, and focus on building my credit score...

anyone on here know a CC that i can apply for where I would have a better chance of getting a prime card.
