oh comenity how I love your pop ups for my personal gain. thank god I dont feel compelled to take everyone, that's what i say now. but i havent stayed at a red roof inn in at least a decade so I can pass on this for sure. lol

I have been disappointed with Red Roof Inn previously---however I have only stayed at one.   Someone else mentioned La Quinta and I have had great luck with them and I have the FNBO La Quinta card.   I got upgraded to gold status when I got it and I have gotten upgraded rooms almost every time.   They are definitely not a Mariot but they are very consistent especially if your only staying one night at one.

Popped up on me as soon as I registered.

Years ago Ive stayed in a few in WA and one in OC CA and it is ok. I'm just not into the "motel" feel of the rooms. 

However, I haven't stayed in one in a while so they may have updated rooms.

I got the popup but did not pull the trigger. I would use the card but need some data points from other applicants first.

Budget hotel = Budget credit line?  Only need $1500 and you can have close to 3 week stay there.  In all honesty I have never stayed at one of their hotels/motels(?)  I am sure they are decent to crash at while on the road.
