I have been having problems for days logging into my account. Anyone else? I can't change my password. The verification code isn't working. I'm waiting for someone to call me back from Chase, but I was wondering if anyone else is having issues.
Edited to add the problem has been resolved. It was something to do with my having my IP address locked to a certain setting. They were able to help me from their end.

Good for me, if contacting them make sure to do so from the phone number on file
I've not gotten past fraud team on that basis alone until I've called back with the phone number on file
Both the mobile app and the PC website work for me.

I've been having trouble but I just open a new tab and then that works.
