@JMMD wrote:Thanks everyone. I hit the luv button and no luck. I think my last increase was too soon. Oh well, will try again in 6 months.
Just make sure it's 6 months from your last successful CLI!
+1
If you're unsure of how long it's been, you can call/chat with a CSR and they can tell you when it was.
Good to know! I'll call Monday.
i add future CLI request dates to my iPhone calendar for reminders lol. Not going to leave money on the table

There's another "quick and dirty" method of finding the date, at least if you get documents delivered electronically...
Go to 'Statements and Documents' like you do if you want to look at a statement. On that screen, you'll be on the 'Statement' tab by default, but there is a tab for 'Documents'... click that. There should be an 'Account Change Confirmation' for when you've received credit line increases (if you click the link, it will show the document that was emailed/mailed after you got the CLI).
This is not under 'Message Center' - where you might expect it (or at least I did), it's where the statements are. You'll also see where you've requested CLIs that weren't granted (those are denoted "Credit Limit Increase Request")
Here's a picture of my own, specifically for my QS1 MasterCard (use the drop-down to toggle between different cards)
Hope this helps!
