I don't see a secure message in the portal, and there is a spot where it says chat with us, but no button to push to get it started?
Chat button is in the lower right corner. It's secure and fast.

On the website there is a chat button in the corner like the screen shot above. It doesn't come up in Firefox for me but in Chrome it does so try different browsers.

I'm on Firefox Quantum 63.0.1 and the chat comes up and works fine. I used it recently to order the rose gold cards.

Ok, dang it, I don't have the chat or message option, on either browser. Maybe it's because it's a new account.
Try it in Incognito (without extensions) or Firefox without add-ons. It might be blocking it.

Now, the above button, as well as the button stated by others loads by what looks like via JavaScript (after the page has loaded), so I am almost positive something is blocking it from showing in your browser.
OR you can use the app as well.
In Android: Click "Account > HELP/CONTACT US > Message Us.
Not sure in iOS, but it's probably the same.
