LOL...

I just called Junny yesterday. I searched the forums for a back door number but was unable to find one. The only number listed is the one on the web or on the back of your card. Customer Service  302-622-8990.  My last one was 6/2007 @1,000.00, so I thought maybey I'd give em a call.

I swear it sounded like they were reading from a script manual...She said sorry mam you can't have one. Our accounting services department reviews accounts from time to time and Blah blah blah blah blah, and at the time blah blah

Guess I'll see what happens next year

I am looking to get my first, I have only had the card for 6 mths or so, and pay 25% of the balance every month...I would gladly take a 1K CLI...hey I am not greedy, I just want my util to align correctly...lol.
