No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
OP, one Discover, one AMEX, and one Visa or MasterCard is all you need to complete your CC portfolio.
The Visa/MasterCard should only be used as a last resort for places where they don't accept AMEX or Discover.
I wouldn't even bother with Capital One---you already have a BoA credit card that's probably a Visa.
+1 what mountaindew wrote. Totally agree (in my previous post) that Discover prequals have been spot-on when there is a solid APR, and others on this forum who have been approved with a smaller range. Me, personally, I applied when I got a solid APR. The Cap One Plat is sub-prime, and it gives you nothing. It is an okay card if you're rebuilding damaged credit, but there are better cards out there for people new to this country with thin files. Good luck, op!
Aside from already suggested, I recommend get rid of the secured BOA, their unscured CCs are pretty entry level with nice rewards.

If i will do that, i will ruin my history, bcoz it is only 1 card that i have now (7 month). I hope they will convert it to somethings more usefull in future.

No, the history will stay there for 10 years.

That's a good point if OP really wants to close his/her secured card, but getting other card(s) and waiting a bit before closing that one might be a good idea. History staying for 10 years notwithstanding, having no cards open (or having just 1 card with a one-month history open) just feels like a bad idea to me.

Discover prequal web site gets a (well-deserved) bad rap because it is deceptive. Most other sites, if they can't find a match, say something like "We cannot find a match but we think you might like....." Here, after entering totally made up data, it looks like I have been matched with the IT card. Yes, if I look down at the bottom I see a wide APR range, and we know, from here, that that means no real match was found, but most other users won't.
Now mailers with no APR range are more likely to be real. But that's not what the OP got

Hello everyone!
Things was changed a little bit, looks like Discover figure out that i am very interested. I just got mailer offer from them (0 APR 12 month then 19.24%)
I think i will skip cap1 platinum and apply to discover, anyway will wait BofA report. Is any difference how to apply using their envelop or on website (i have invitation number)?
PS funny that 7 month ago my wife also opened secured card CLI 500. Today BofA returned 500 deposit and increased CLI to 1k without any request.
