Keep converted Citi DC or revert to Citi TYP WMC with NPSL?

I recently converted my former Citi TYP WMC (a flexible spending card/NPSL) to Citi DC.  One thing that made me very unhappy about the conversion was, I didn't actually find out until after I received the new Citi DC card that the flexible spending feature was no longer available, and Citi wouldn't budge on restoring the feature to the new DC card.  They told me that if I want the flexible spending feature, I have the option until 2/1/2016 of reverting back to the Citi TYP WMC, so I am currently debating switching back.  The only thing is, even if I did switch back to the TYP, how do I know Citi will necessarily honor its word, and restore the flexible spending feature regardless (and I am somewhat skeptical that they actually would honor that, if only based on the switcharoo they pulled on the conversion to DC).  The other thing I am considering is, I currently have 2 BoA cards (one WMC and one VS) that are flexible spending cards, so given that, should I keep the DC even though it no longer has NPSL?  Over the past 10 years, I think I had to use the flexible spending feature of temporarily exceeding my CL with no penalty at least twice, so I am somewhat wary about giving up the flex spend feature just in case of an unexpected high  emergency bill like a car repair or something like that, even despite the Citi DC 2% cashback rewards feature.  Thoughts?

I'm over the credit limit on the Citi Double Cash I have by a few thousand, so you can still go over the limit. If you don't plan to spend that much, then the 2% may not be worth all that much. Even if you only spend 1000 a month on it, you'd get 240 with the Double Cash as opposed to the ThankYou Preferred? giving 120. So, it all comes down to the cashback amount, in my opinion. You already have two other flexible cards, so I say keep it.

Go with whichever one will give you better/more valuable rewards.

Well I'm biased since personally I don't care for NPSL cards to the point of automatically ruling them out when applying for new cards. My advice would be to keep the DC, use one of your other NPSL cards if you need to go over limit, focus on keeping your balance low/paid off on the DC - and other cards - so that you have as much of the credit limit as possible to work with (and won't pay interest), and focus instead on getting Citi to gradually increase the limit on the DC.
