Wow! A $200 cl is just awful. A pair of jeans, and a pair of tennis shoes and that's it. Boooooooo hisssssss.

And to top it off, they hold for 21 days?? Unbelievable!

I dont think they do that on my Penny's acct. Geee, maybe GEMb has a different department for each CC they service? I dunno. I can SEE why you don't like them.

Never had that problem with my Wally Wotrld card either.  I used the dIllards the first time and perufme and cologne took us up to the limit.  Had promised my kid he could shop with his teen card the next week so went and paid balance online.  That's when I learned about the  21 day hold.

Figured since  slammed dillards so badly may as well post here that the corp office raised my limit to 400.00.  Now I can but my son that outfit and wind up just under the limit.

On the other hand, Macys gave me a great limit so I didn't cry too hard with the outfit and matching Sean Jean jacket that he just had to have.  Last cool outfit for the year.....lol!!

Call Lowes at (800)444-1408 with your reference number.  Be sure to ask for the FRAUD DEPARTMENT FOR APPLICATION PROCESSING.  Based upon my past experienced and a lot of others, you may need to go through Identity Verification.  If you don't due it fast, you will automatically be declined and then get a letter saying "unable to verify identity".

Keep us posted.  This does work if that's the case.

Oh well, they declined me!!  It's amazing since I have 5 other GEMB accounts.  Maybe that is too many for them.
