How long does an answer take from Chase Freedom and From Addison Avenue for their decisions on there Credit cards..Its been 2 weeks now and they are both still pending

I applied for the Addison Platinum Visa on 6/30/10 and it took 3 weeks to get my approval-15k. Worth the wait
