Its a moot point because Amex requires 5 years post BK filing.

This helps me as I just paid my balance in full $900 a couple days ago. My ch 7 was discharged in 5/2017 and they were IIB. It's been more than 61 months but I was not sure how long to wait before trying to apply. I wanted to wait long enough for their system to hopefully remove me from

their black list.
