Macy's not reporting

I called and they told me they were going to manually push my credit updates through that was 2 weeks ago it could take up to thirty days but im not holding my breath this is ridiculous im really considering closing them

I'm with you. I decided to shop and not worry too much about PIF because they're not reporting anyway. I was at $450 reporting and now my balance is $875.

I got my Macys Amex early October and it has never reported!!  3 statements, lots of charges and lots of payments.....5 calls to Macys credit dept,  promises made, none kept, lol, I'm beginning to think this card wil be a hidden tradeline.  While they won't report the activity, they sure report the inquiries for opening the account or a request for a CLI!😤😤
