Absolutely.

I'm not losing any sleep over it, but I'm not using the card either.

IMHO, Synchrony has yet to honor their offer, and I'm disappointed.... and I'll let other MyFicoers know about it.

...because if you have X credit card that is not honoring their offers, I'd like to know about it BEFORE I have the card.

I got that one.  Shortly after, I got an email with a "Spend $500, get another $25 bonus"... met the spend in March...was told in April that I'd have it shortly.  Was told in June that it would arrive in June or July. 

We shall see.

Meh.  Gave up.  Sent a snarky letter via snail mail last Monday... got a $25 credit showing now.

I'm glad you finally got it; I have no idea why they can't get their act together with sign-up bonuses. 

I had a similar issue with them on my Sam's Club MasterCard.  There was a promo at the time where if you made a purchase the same day you were approved you would get a $25 statement credit.  I applied and was approved online, and I did make a purchase (I ordered some Nexium).

Anyway, my credit never showed up, and when I reached out to Synchrony the rep stated it was because the purchase didn't post in time, which is ridiculous for a few reasons.  Anyway I pressed matters and they finally gave me my $25 manually, likely just to make me go away (which was fine, too).

It's sad but not surprising they still haven't gotten their act together.
