Bank of America also offers very similar feature for their customers. Also I have smith barney investment account and it also helps me to keep track of all my accounts the same way,

Re: Mint.com

Once you enter the account numbers into their site, you never have to enter information again.  It gives you a snap shot of all your accounts at one time.  No more going to each credit card site to obtain info.  Mint also keeps track of your APRs.  Pretty nifty.

You have to be a BOA account holder, do you not?  Mint and Yodlee are free to all.  Quicken also has a free service, too.

Re: Mint.com

I used mint before I started banking with BofA.  The BofA online stuff is simply AMAZING, you can track your budget by items, you can get e-bills for credit cards, its just fantastic and ill never go back!!!!

Re: Mint.com

I use and love it.

It's pretty accurate in reminding me about my due dates. I pay them as soon as I get my statement, however, when I see the payment reminders, I always double check.  I like having this as a back up, just in case I forget.

It tracks, credit cards, checking accounts, brokerage accounts, loans- pretty much everything.

It downloads most of your recents transactions and it categorizes them, so then you can see you're spending trends.

You can even set up a bugdget and it will tell you when you've gone over your budget etc.

It also tells me when my bank accounts are running low.

It gives me a snapshot of all my accounts with my current balances, however, for my BOFA checking, it never shows the accurate balance. Not sure why. I think it doesn't count "pending" transactions. Who knows.

It's also very easy to read and love the modern look to their website.

 Ahh- I love mint!

Re: Mint.com

I've been using Mint for the past 8 or so months.  It's great especially since it is free. I also use the BOA service called My Portfolio, i prefer this one because I have a couple accounts that are not supported by either service but with BOA i can manually add and edit the balance monthly, Mint doesn't allow that.  Also the BOA service allows you to track points and miles from my credit cards.  Mint doesn't.  The Mint interface is nicer and both sites are secure.  They are both great places to track all of your account/balances and transactions in one place.

Re: Mint.com

On Mint.com, you can manually put in the url and it will go to the site to pull the information. This is what I had to do for my credit union.

Re: Mint.com

RenoFico, where do you go to manually enter the URL?  I've looked all over the site, couldn't find anything.

Re: Mint.com

In the search page that comes up to add an account. I initially couldn't get my credit union to show up but then typed the url and it came up. I don't think so, but I might  have messed up on the first search and the url just brought it up. If that was the case I apologize for making my original statement.

Re: Mint.com

I use it and love it.  At first I was worried about security but now I don't even give it a thought.  My only complaint is that it can't handle my margin investing account.

For credit cards, it's great, though.  I don't pay anything from it but I check balances, and I watch every transaction that comes through.  It updates every time you log in.
