This is my least favorite as well. I have had the card for 15 months and never received a CLI. I have made serveral attempts too from the web site, but it always tells me it needs to pull my credit... so I cancel the request. This card is the lowest limit of all cards I carry, $6500. I have a Chase that has $34.000, A BoA that has $20,000, an amex delta gold $20,000, and several Citi cards above $15,000... I use this Discover IT all the time, and pay in full each month... so they shouldnt have an issue with me not using it.
