I hit the button, got the 2-day as expected, and then it showed up on the 3rd day.  I don't call since it's going to be the same either way at this point.  The last call though was nice to round off the limit instead of ending with 600 for the first year or so.

Thanks for sending me the thread link. As I got approved on March 22, judging from your chart, I should probably look to see an auto CLI on or around June 22 and should give manual CLI a shot right around then. (makes a note on calendar).
