NFCU EQ-9 Perk downgrade

Well looks as if with the refresh they've finally removed the link to the EQ9 FICO Score. Only the useless vantage score now available.

It's still on my phone app (as of today), but it disappeared from the computer version several months ago. Or, at least, I haven't been able to find it anywhere. 

To see it on the phone app, go to the card page and click on More Details--it's the first link.

I had it still available until the software update - sometime between the beg of last month and today.

the iphone app still has the EQ-9, so it's just more incompetence from this hot garbage new nfcu app/website

they need to scrap it completely and go back to the old website

I'm sure they're intending to get rid of it altogether. After all, VS is free. FICO is not.

I complained about this when I was beta testing the new app.  They told me after checking with a supervisor that not all features were added yet.  I immediate switched back to the old production app for that reason and because the new app was just plain horrible!  Now that the new app is the production (active) app I see they still didn't add the feature back. I have used the link at the top of the app to complain LOUDLY!  Navy Fed is still the best financial institution​I have, but I'm extremely disappointed in this and the lack of interest rate drop after the Fed cut.
