NFCU Questions

I have two questions about NFCU because I think im confused. I have been a member for approx 3 months. I have 2 credit cards and a Navcheck for 5k. I noticed today my Navcheck is reporting funny or maybe Im confused. Navcheck opened/reported a new account on my credit report 04/2016 with a balance. However, it seems like that is the only time they reported. Payment Due on the 10th, so I guess they do not report until the 1st. I thought it was about 3 days after the payment is due like my NFCU credit cards. I understand that they are different departments, I dont even seem to have a closing date as I cant find my statements for Navcheck. Can someone point me in the direction.

Next, I applied for a credit limit increase yesterday. I usually get an alert from CK but did not does this mean a sp. I cant access my updated EQ to see if NFCU AR already.

I'm not exactly sure what yor questions are but there is a statement for the checking line of credit.  It's included with your monthly checking and savings statement which is accessed under 'statements' at the top of the main page.  Why did yours report with a balance?  Did you use it already?  Also it reports regardless of whether you have a balance or not.  Just don't rely on CK to check.

Ok.  You'll see it after your first statement generates.

Well you said you didn't have any statements.  I'm not sure how long you have had the checking line of credit but if it's 3 months, then it would be included in your checking and savings statements. It's not a separate statement.  It's included in the same pages as checking and savings.  If it's not, then I would call them.

Yeah if you don't see a page for your line of credit within the checking and savings statement then I would call them for sure.  I checked both mine and my g/fs and both have it there.

Re: NFCU Questions

On the requested increase, it can be HP or SP with them, from what I've seen. I haven't requested one yet because I haven't quite figured out how to correctly determine when it will be a soft pull from the threads on here. I'm sure it's me though.

But even if it is a HP, you won't necessarily get an alert from CK that soon. I know mine normally come a few days after the fact, so ymmv.

Re: NFCU Questions

I read the NFCU guide where they start SP after a certain time established. I got the alert today though.
