Hello everyone! So my statement closing date was on the 23rd but didn't cut until the 24th at midnight. Upon checking, my card did not seem to graduate. After waiting several hours to see the actual statement post, it reported the same 500$ limit. At this point I had said "Oh well maybe next month". I had purchased a long list of items totaling 493$ (Spoiling my guinea pigs) and thought maybe I should pay it off as soon as a balance posts and proceed to add more activity to the card! Upon going to work last night I logged in to check if anything would change... but to no avail, nothing had changed, still secured. At 6am today I decided to log into the app on my phone to do some reading on my statement and just going back to review charges I had made, I noticed my credit limit said 2000! At this point I logged onto the website and saw that it had changed as well so I decided to call. The rep told me my card did indeed graduate and is now officially a cash rewards card. The only thing is my available credit says 1007/2000 in which I think is due to the 493 charge I had made, and due to the card just unsecuring so nothing has been properly updated. My EQ Fico 9 score is 668, but still reporting as 629 on both the app and website (has not done the monthly refresh yet). I did max out the card each month and only carried a small balance twice but the rest were reporting a 0 balance as I PIF.After 7 months my card officially graduated! I had read somewhere on the forums that some people called in on the same day of graduation and had some luck on a further CLI. I did the same and requested 5k. One can hope!
